Dedicated to the Memory of My Grandfather, John Robinson Willis.
He was born on 27 February 1930 in Canton, Haywood County, North Carolina, United States to the late Lee Roy Willis and Fannie Burr Rogers Willis. John had 9 siblings. All but 2 have passed away (I think):

Lee Roy, Fannie and their children moved to Sykesville, Carroll County, Maryland, United States between 1935 and 1940.
John joined the United States Army and Served in the Korean War. He was injured and disabled during the War. He married my Grandmother (Private) on 04 July 1954 in Maryland, United States. They had their only child (my Mother) on 10 April 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. John also played Guitar.
John was diagnosed with stomach cancer and lost his battle on 19 March 1978 at the age of 48.
