Folsom was the son of Dudley Norton Lang and Elizabeth Tuttle. Folsom was married twice; first on 1 Nov 1865 in Concord, to Adelia A. “Addie” Spaulding. They didn’t have any kids and got divorced in Sep 1871 in New Hampshire. Second, on 24 Dec 1871 Concord, to Nellie Orrie Eaton. They had 2 kids, Ethel Linnie Lang and Fred Willis Lang. Folsom was buried on 12 Apr 1915.
