Charlie Wick died at 2 a.m. Sunday, June 7 at St. Anthony's Hospital. Born in Harlan, Iowa, Nov. 26, 1891 youngest son (and second youngest child) of Alvin Hayes Wick (Sr.) and the former Emma Euseba Ufford. Worked in Omaha, and various locations before settling in Louisville. Married Katherine, had no children, but was survived by a stepdaughter, and a step grandson. A sister, Pearl Meyer, of Pender, Neb., and many nieces and nephews also survived. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.
