NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Julian "Butch" Adams, 69, of Taylor Pond Road, husband of 25 years to the late Judith Danner Adams, entered into rest on Monday, April 14, 2014 at his residence.
His funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, April 18, 2014 in the Chapel of Rowland Funeral Home with Chaplain Lavern Harris officiating. Interment will follow at 1:00 PM at Fort Jackson National Cemetery with Military Honors.
Mr. Adams was a veteran of the US Army.
Survivors include one sister, Jan Walker and her husband David; one step-son Mathew Whisenhunt; one great granddaughter, Mekklaha McClenney; friends, Jim and Janice Bussey, Bev and Tony Carpenter, and Betty and Tommy Williams.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, J. Marion and Evia Adams, and one brother, Tony Marion Adams.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
