He leaves his wife of 46 years Theresa (Gauthier) Cadarette. They were married December 23, 1967. He also is survived by his 4 daughters Laura Coon of Glens Falls, NY, Donna Bishop and her husband Christopher of Southbridge, Paula Bishop of Poultney, VT, Diana Tomaszewski and her husband Benjamin of Southbridge, and a son Raymond E. Cadarette of Southbridge, 6 grandchildren Jesslyn, Cory, Krysten, Ciara, Kiara, Logan, and a great-granchild Cali, a brother Richard Cadarette and his wife Mary of Idaho, and 2 sisters Constance Giroux and her husband Joseph of Northborough, and Jeanne Rondeau and her husband Clifford of Southbridge, a brother-in-law Edward Giroux of Southbridge, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Rita (Cadarette) Giroux of Southbridge.
Pete was born in Southbridge, July 25, 1947, son of the late Eugene "John" and Agnes (Bartlett) Cadarette and lived here most of his life. He was a veteran of the US Army from 1969-1975, serving a tour of duty in Vietnam. He was educated at the former Cole Trade High School, and worked for 30 years for the US Postal Service in the Southbridge and Sturbridge Post Offices.
A Word Service will be held at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall 700 Worcester Street Southbridge at 1PM on February 22, 2014. There are no calling hours, and burial will be private. Sansoucy Funeral Home 40 Marcy Street Southbridge is directing arrangements.
