JOHN O. YODERS
John O. Yoders, 88, of Waynesburg, R. D. 2, formerly of Deep Valley, died at 2:35 a.m., Tuesday, December 11, 1973 after a lingering illness.
Born March 1 1885 at Woodruff, WV, he was the son of Zacheriah and Lucinda Ott Yoders, and was married to the late Clara Tedrow Yoders, who died May 13, 1969.
Mr. Yoders was a farmer all his life, and had lived for many years in the Sugar Grove and Deep Valley communities. He was a member of the Quiet Dell Brethren Church.
Surviving are a son, Raymond Yoders of Holbrook, R.D. 1; a daughter, Mrs. Spencer (Gaythel) Riggs of Cameron, WV, R. D. 5; seven grandchildren, and 17 great-granchildren.
A son is deceased. Mr. Yoders was also the last of a family of 13 children
