A WWII Vet and a successful electrician. He is survived by a sister, Hope D. Nancarrow, nieces Ruth and Mary, a nephew James, a stepgrandson Ian and a stepdaughter Roberta. His loving wife of 22 years, Jeannie M. Reed-Garver, passed in 2000. There will be a graveside memorial held at 10am, Tuesday September 18th at the Pompano Bch. Cemetery at 400 SE 23rd Ave.
