Oneida M. (Neda) Gallant, age 91, of Medina, Texas, died on Friday, January 17, 2014, at her residence. Neda was born on October 23, 1922, in Hunt, Texas, to Beal D. Taylor and Martha T. Weir Taylor. She was a housewife.
Neda was very thankful to have grown up in the hill country. She loved get togethers, traveling, RVing, feeding birds, crossword puzzles, crafts and sewing, Gaither Gospel Music and Spurs Basketball. Most of all, she loved her grandkids. Neda was a member of the Bandera Fine Arts Club, Medina Rose Garden Club, Medina United Methodist Church, and Medina United Methodist Women.

Survivors, Daughters, Marilyn Watson and husband Tony, Patricia Harvey and husband Jim, all of Medina; and sister-in-law, Thelma Gallant. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robert Ashley and wife Neita, Mike Harvey and wife Christina, Brad Harvey and wife Tracy, John Watson and wife Angela, Kristina Carter and husband Brad, Joanna Snyder and husband Michael, and Jamie Graham and husband Tony; great grandchildren, Austin, Ethan, Seth, Sienna, Alex and Sydney Grace, London, Dacey, Jacob and Claire. She was preceded in death by her daughter Carolyn Gallant and by her husband of 69 years, James A. Gallant.
