My Uncle Bob past away at only 77yrs old, he was such a nice guy, and I am going to remember him the way he was before he got sick. He was born to Una and Gene Colson on December 9th, 1934 in Two Buttes Colorado. Uncle Bob was always a happy guy, smiled a lot, laughed a lot. He always carried around a cup full of coffee. He was an over the road truck driver before retiring in about 2004. Him and his wife teamed up and took turns driving, they owned their own truck, and they hauled trailers all over the US for about 30yrs. They lived in Commerce City, Colorado, for about 45yrs, right next door to his parents, in fact we bought his house in 1999 and that is when he and his wife moved to Pueblo, Colorado. He was always a very slender man, and his dark hair, olive complexion and dark eyes came from his mother's side of the family, he reminded me of her brother Romie when it came to looks. Uncle Bob had been calling his sister Julia every Saturday for the last few years, she is going to miss that I am sure, her and her brother Bobby were close. Uncle Bob was my mother Anna and her sister Julia's only brother. He was a good man, I never heard him say anything bad about anyone. Uncle Bob was named after his father's dad, who was Robert Mert Colson.
