AIKEN - Mrs. James Gary Aaron, 51, died Monday, March 8, 1999, at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Vallejo, Calif.
A funeral service was held Thursday at First Baptist Church, Vacaville, Calif., with the Rev. Leroy Gainey officiating.
Mr. Aaron, a native of Lyons, Ga., was an aircraft technician at Travis Air Force Base for 30 years. He had retired from the Air Force Reserve and was a former member of Air Force Squadron 349 Emergency Medical Service. He was a graduate of Aiken High School and managed little league baseball for the Vacaville National Little League.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Aaron, Vacaville; two sons, Scott Aaron and James Aaron, both of Vacaville; his mother, Buena Snelling, Aiken; his stepfather, Herbert Snelling; three brothers, Devon Aaron, Florence, and Steve Aaron and Randy Snelling, both of Greenville; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Diabetes Society.
