Maxine Callicoat
Maxine Callicoat, a 79 year old resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013 in Tulsa.
She was born May 2, 1934 in Westville, Oklahoma to Elbert Crussel and Ora Lee (Claxton) Crussel. Maxine retired from Sun Oil Company where she worked as a bookkeeper.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Troy, J.T., Ralph, and Bud; and two sisters, Pauline and an infant girl.
Survivors include two sons, Ben Callicoat and his wife, Tracy of Tulsa and Kelly Callicoat of Okmulgee; two step-sons, Jim Callicoat and his wife, Wendy of Panama, Nebraska and Marvin Callicoat of Lee's Summit, Missouri; a step-daughter, Teresa Almond of Okeechobee, Florida; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
A Rosary will be recited at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 20, 2013 at Add'Vantage Funeral Service Chapel, 9761 East 31st Street, Tulsa. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 21, 2013 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 1436 North 67th East Avenue, Tulsa. Father Timothy Davison will officiate. Burial will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery.
