WINNSBORO, November 12 (Special) — Funeral services for Charles Wesley Anderson, who died in a Winnsboro hospital Saturday night, were held at the Macon Ridge Baptist church at 10:30 a.m. Monday with Rev. J. D. Walters, officiating. Burial was in the Wayside Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral home.

Anderson is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bobbie Anderson and seven children, Mrs. Mildred Virginia McMurray, of Gilbert; John Wesley Anderson in the U.S. Army; Mrs. Audrey Marie Gester of Hope, Ark.; Miss Evelyn Anderson; Bobby Anderson, James Anderson, and Frank Anderson, all of Winnsboro; five sisters, Mrs. Virginia Emerson, Mrs. Sena Emerson, both of Dunn; Mrs. Violet [sic Viola] Purvis of Newellton; Mrs. Lena Lawson of Crowville, and Mrs. H. T. Palmer of Monroe.
