DOUBLE, Donna Jean - Of Flint, age 87, died Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at McLaren Regional Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, January 6, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Burial in Flint Memorial Park.

Contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society. Visitation 1-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Donna was born in Muncie, Indiana on March 30, 1924, daughter of Kenneth and Myrtle (Jackson) Double.

She was a graduate of Flint Technical High School, Class of 1942. She retired from Perry Printing Company in Flint after 47 years of service. Donna loved cats, dogs and enjoyed feeding birds and squirrels.

Surviving are cousins, Donna, Amanda, Helen and Maxine all of Indiana; special friends, Jane Thomas, Dorothy Worden, Ruth Park, Betty Mallick and Candace Logan and Joe Carter, all of Flint.
