George Miley, 73, of 307 Lexington Blvd., died at his home Monday afternoon. For the past ten years Mr. Miley has been employed at the Sterling Pulp and Paper Company. Prior to that, he had been a farmer in the town of Union.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Miley; a son, Richard; and a daughter, Mrs. Joseph [Virginia] Stringer, all of Eau Claire. Ten grandchildren also survive. Friends may call at the Proctor & Sons Funeral Home on Wednesday … Funeral services will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home, and at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, with the Rev. Daniel J. O'Reilly officiating.
