She was born Opal Edith Elliott in 1898.

Her first husband was WILLIAM LESTER PFALSER (1896-1937). They married Dec. 25, 1916. Opal and William were the parents of 5 children (Warren, Wayne, Myal, Gerald and William). Two of the children (Wayne and Myal) died in as young children .

The last time I found her as Opal Pfalser was in 1948. I did not find the 1949 or1950 Kansas City and County Records for her as Pfalser or Nibarger. The earliest I found her as Opal Nibarger was on a Kansas City and County Census Record was 1951. I put her marriage date in as 1951. In 1953 she appears on the Kansas City and County Census Records as Opal Nibarger with Roy (David Leroy/LeeRoy) Nibarger. Her age is listed as 55 and his as 61. Their address was listed as 602 E. B in Kiingman, Ks The were both still on the March 1, 1958 census record. Roy Nibarger passed away in 1959. Her name on the stone reads Opal E. Pfalser Nibarger,
