WW II U.S. Navy Cmdr. - served in the South Pacific Region aboard the USS Lexington, USS Enterprise, USS San Jacinto, USS Hollandia, and USS Corregidor. His WW II memorabilia is on display at the Pensacola Museum. he served on active duty for eleven years and then contiued in the Naval Reserve until retirement in 1970.
He became a pilot for a commercial airline. Following retirement from that he became a supervisor for the State of Florida Employment Service.
