David Keith Sanders passed away November 19 of complications due to Muscular Dystrophy at the University of Texas Health Science Center/Tyler.
He was born July 12, 1984 in Belleville, Illnois to Richard Frank and Donna Jean Morton Sanders. David was a wonderful, warm, intelligent, caring person who maintained a cheerful attitude about life despite his medical condition. He was a resident of Athens 17 years and a member of First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his brother Kevin Allen Sanders April 11, 1999.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his maternal grandparents, paternal grandmother and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
