Charles was born in Los Angeles on July 8, 1913. He was a 1932 graduate of Snohomish High School. He worked for almost 30 years as a driver for Pozzi Brothers, then later drove for Nelson Lumber and Allied Milk Transport.
He was a memeber of the White River Rock Club. Family members said he enjoyed camping and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise, and 3 brothers, Jack, Bill, and Marion.
He was survived by his son Phil Wall and his wife, Darline, of Buckley; daughter Betty Arlene Williams and her husband, Tom, of Kent; brothers Harry Wall of Bremerton and Ed Wall of Snohomish; sisters Opal Stanhope of Enumclaw and Donna Lind of Snohomish; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Buckley Fireman's Association.
Cause of death: Heart Attack/heart failure.
