If your heart feels heavy, It may be weighted down, With the many precious gems You fail to pass around.
Diamonds are the loving words You always leave unsaid. Rubies are the seeds of joy That you refuse to spread.
Emerald are the helping hands Only offered grudgingly. Sapphires are alms not given To ease a fellowman's need.
Changing won't be easy And it may even smart. When you begin to mine those gems Embedded in your heart.
It will take a lot of practice Each and every day, Learning that neglected art Of giving yourself away.
First there'll be a secret fear You may be refused, Or sometimes deep resentments That you are being used.
But as you sow your precious gems Along life's many miles, You'll notice how they sparkle In people's happy smiles.
And your heart that was so heavy Will grow to twice its size, But be as light as a bird in flight As it soars up to the skies.

State up front how and why you feel you should be the manager of the memorial. I will use my discretion, but as a general rule.... Ask and ye shall receive, unless you're 1 of those people who don't transfer out of guidelines". For transfer request, please go to edit. It will make it easier for both of us. If you have sent a correction addition etc. please be patient, and give me thirty days, to take care of your request. ATTENTION: I am going to remove my e-mail address, as I continue to receive Transfers, corrections, additions thru there, rather than thru edit as I have requested above. Please be sure to include the memorial number as it is time consuming to for members to have to look it up, when you could just as easily send it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please do not post a death certificate or an obituary in the photo section on any of the memorials I manage. The obituary should be typed and submitted to be entered in the bio. We want the memorials of those we loved to be as nice as possible.
Gladys Wright Hi - I see that you have posted both photographs and text from my blog without either citing the source or asking my permission. Please either remove this information or credit me properly. I would not mind you sharing the information if you had asked first and credited me, however a great deal of work went into both the research and the writing of the story and it is COPYRIGHTED material. Please contact me to discuss this.
John Knolinski 27791851 John Knolinski, Thank you for asking. I would love to have a picture of him head stone on here. I have written to one of my cousins to see if he has a picture in his folder. John is my and my cousins great uncle. I so not know what Iron Cross means, but am now on the search.
Sure hope some one volinteers to take the picture before long. :)
RE: Re: Successful Photo Request for 'Allison' Hello! I'm so happy we found the stone! We live just outside of Lafayette county but my husband has family buried there. I would be happy to look for any stones in Odessa, Wellington, and Buckner cemeteries. Keep me posted! May the Good Lord bless you! Deborah
Carrie Aach I did mis-understand you. Maybe doing this until midnight played a factor and reading such a long message just confused me as well. I add your census information and birthdate to her memorial.
Carrie Aach I cannot delete a memorial that I did not create. I sent it to you and you can make corrections on it and delete your duplicate. That is the proper way to do this anyway. Your duplicate should be deleted.
RE: Re: Monument photo for Mr. Clark I had help today walking the section. I photographed every Clark I found. There was about 6 I believe. Other than the age is 64, the website then gives the burial date and who else is in the lot.
Fred J Schedlbauer Hi...yes, it does seem strange that both wives are buried with him. I wonder how the first one would like that....maybe she keeps turning in her grave....and bumping the other one. ha ha. I don't know if we will be making a trip to Antigo. It just is so far away. We need to find someone closer, but if I go I will definitely let you know. I am in Florida now and going on a cruise tomorrow for 7 nights in the Caribbean. Janine
