I am so thrilled to here from another descendant. I am not really sure why my grandpa E.H. Bonham never corresponded with his brothers it always seemed strange to me. I know times were different back then but you would have thought they would have wanted to know how everyone was doing. Euclid married 1st to Nancy Ann Stiles and second to Laura Gregory. Nancy must have died after the 1880 census. Euclid and Nancy had William, Flora (born 2 Oct 1869 in Concord, TN and died 9 Sep 1948 in St. Louis, MO) and Edgar Horace Bonham. Euclid had two children with Laura and their names were Annette? and Walter "Wilder" Horace Bonham.
Flora Bonham was my great grandma. She married two times. The first was to John Sumner and the second was Charles McCracken. John died about 1893 ( I found a John Sumner that died in St. Louis but I am not sure if this is my John Sumner). Charles died after 1910 but the exact date or year is unknown. Flora and John had one child, Ethel Nicerina Sumner (born 19 Oct 1891 in Birmingham, AL and died June 1944 in St. Louis, MO). Ethel married Frank Charles Symons in about 1913 in St. Louis, MO. Frank left her in 1921. She and Frank had Frank Horace( born Mar 22, 1914 in Saint Louis, MO died 17 Mar 2003 in Zelienople, PA, Flora Margaret (born 12 Aug 1915 in Saint Louis, MO died 2 Jan 1997 in Saint Louis, MO, Cecelia Ethel (28 Aug 1918 in Saint Louis, MO and died 12 Dec 1997 in Saint Louis, MO and Ruth Anna Symons born June 1921 died June 1945 in Saint Louis, MO. Ruth Anna was 23 years old and she died from Lympatic Leukemia. My grandma was Cecelia Ethel Symons. She married Antonio (Tony) Panzica on 26 June 1948 in St. Louis, MO. They had two children. My uncle and my mom. Many people find it fascinating that someone my age (26)would want to learn about their family history. I have always been fascinated by family pictures and wanted to know who the people were and where they were born and where they lived.
Do you have a picture of Euclid or anyone of his children? If you do could you send me a copy of it. I would appreciate it so much. If my grandma had any pictures they were lost or damaged in the 1926 tornado that destroyed Saint Louis city where my grandma lived. Many of my family's possessions were lost that day. I would love to hear from you again.
