I was born, raised, and educated in Texas; served in the U.S. Navy, worked for the Virginia Employment Commission in Portsmouth, Virginia, the Baltimore City Police Department in Maryland, and finally, The Methodist Hospital in Houston. After 20 years at the hospital, I retired in 2001 and moved back to my hometown in central Texas.
Other than my own family members, I'm not related to any of the people I enter on Find A Grave and I'm unable to provide any further information about my entries except what was in an obituary or what I've researched. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Copyright Disclaimer: Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, research, and scholarship. Transfer requests should only be for DIRECT relatives within four generations. This would be your spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, great-grandparents, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. When requesting a transfer, please state your relationship to the individual.
Any NON-DIRECT relatives (aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. For these extended family members, you can create and add them to your Virtual Cemeteries.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A big THANKS to all who have visited and left flowers and notes for any of my entries, my family members, and my fur babies. THANKS also to those who've sponsored several of my entries. It is very much appreciated.
RE: Add Casey Hello Ruth, thank you so much but the owner and the manager are both deceased now so I may just add his name to the family connection with his parents. They share the same headstone.
Add Casey Hello, Add #46730742 is my husband's Great Uncle. I have memorials I manage for his parents William Thomas and Anna Frances Blackburn Casey, my husband's great grandparents. Thanks for creating a memorial for him. I will include him on his parent's memorials. I would like to have him transferred but do not want the flower dedication and I cannot remove it. It really helps when researching to find family members and I appreciate those that spend their time doing this for others.
Ralph McGilvray His mother's name is Mary Lue(and many other spellings) King is her maiden name. I am sure it is the correct mother(as his father was only married one time. I believe her name was probably Mary Louise King McGilvray with Louise shortened to Lue. I have lots of documentation with her named spelled every way under son. :) God bless
