I have been researching the SoRelle ,GENTRY, PERRY,CHORAN,TUTTLE,BEASLEY,RAWSON,BARNETT, WOODBRIDGE, STINSON,SMITH, KING,COX, ALLYN and BURNS FAMILY for 32 years.
I have extensive information on all the familys and the ones that were connected to them thru marriage.
I love old cemetery's and doing Genealogy.
IF YOU HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON ANY ONE I HAVE ADDED TO FINDAGRAVE ,PLEASE LET ME KNOW. If the information isnt correct or more info is available. or if you want me to transfer anyone in your family to you I will do that.
I am working now adding a small cemetery in Oklahoma to FAG. My husbands great grand mother is there.
GENEALOGY HAS ALLOWED ME TO FIND MANY FAMILY MEMBERS THAT ARE STILL LIVING AND TO GET MORE INFO FROM THEM.

Can you tell me please if this person was ever in the Marines? If so and if he was stationed at Camp Elliot, Ca abt 1945 I have photos of him I would love to share with family or post on here. When you put the rank in as a prefix (not in the first name position), it doesn't affect the search or sort function. I'll leave it out but some members like to search the cemeteries for veterans.

I removed the PFC from Earl's memorial as you requested, then got to wondering why you would want it removed. Did you notice the second picture of a VA provided for Earl with his rank of PFC?

it was the least I could do.
I research a lot on Hardin-Simmons and I try to post a picture to memorials for those mentioned in the Bronco yearbook.
Being a retired Army Captain, I especially have an affinity for fellow soldiers.Nelson deserves the greatest respect and the little I did for him pails in comparison to his sacrifice.

Nannie Asbury is buried in the Powers Chapel Cemetery. There is a picture of her stone on the memorial page. I have transferred her to you since you seem to know more about her.
