 | RE: Question Pam, The short answer is I don't think Ethel Cole Wilson is buried at Howard Lake. In 2008-2009, I made copies of the HL cemetery register and using court house death records, death certificates, newspaper obituaries, etc., compiled a listing of HL cemetery burials which you can view at the USGenWeb site. Look at Wright county in MN. I see what you are saying about the Wilson dates. Perhaps Effie Wilson is not the same person as Ethel Cole Wilson? Effie Wilson is listed in the HL cemetery register as # W15. Her obituary was in the 1 Mar 1894 issue of the HL Herald. I photographed about 2000 of the tombstones at HL - my notes said I did not find a stone for Effie Wilson. There were many unreadable stones and, of course, many graves without stones. I hope this helps. GaryAdded by GWP on May 26, 2013 3:03 PM | |

 | Bio Pam, I just read your bio and have to tell you how refreshing to hear all that you said. I believe the same. So many on here want just numbers and I totally understand the benefit of adding but when it comes to family no matter how distant what better way to pay them the respect they so deserve by giving control to family members that can build accurately and lovingly. Hats off to you. If I can be of any help to you please feel free to contact by best friend of many years or myself, we are in the business of helping others and do free lookups on most of the pay sites for those less fortunate but deserve to know their roots. Thank You again. Visit Our site at www.ancestrybrickwalls.com and I also would like to add you as a friend. Sincerely MicheleAdded by Michele Tucker on Sep 24, 2012 11:10 AM | |

 | RE: Sarah That is good to here. Thought I really went astray.
I think the problem is the link from Sarah's page is bad and it indicates she married John not Judah and the link is to a John that married a Sarah. It is not linked to the memorial for Judah Gregory Memorial# 37620290.
Sarah's page definitely does not say she remarried either..
John linked from Sarah's page (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=37642060) Find A Grave Memorial# 37642060
Also seems to think he was married to the same Sarah Burt ....
I guess you need to correct the link from Sarah to the correct Judah Gregory. And we will need to contact the owner of the John Gregory page for correction as well.
Thanks.Added by LMW on Sep 19, 2012 2:10 PM | |

 | Levin Bennett I transferred this one to you. I don't generally mind OOG transfers, but am frustrated by brand new people who think they need to own their tree, then take off when things don't go like they think they should. I don't think you are going anywhere any time soon :-) I have photographed the whole cemetery. One row was completely unreadable (lichen). The fact that I knew Levin's age assures me he had a stone at one point since I was also working from an old transcript. I will see if I can fond those photos. Maybe I missed posting a row?

 | Darlington cemetery I added a headstone photo for James M. Rhodes today. Unfortunately, his stone has been knocked over and is on the ground. I wanted to record the information on it before it is worn away. This cemetery is in horrible shape! I really took a risk walking in it to take a photo! The grass is high and I am a diabetic who is allegeric to grass! I'm not sure who is SUPPOSED to be taking care of this place!Added by Cathi Moore on Jun 17, 2012 1:37 PM | |
