Mrs. Olena A. EILERTSEN

MOUNT PLEASANT, UT - December 03, Mrs. Olena A. EILERTSEN, wife of H. P. EILERTSEN, a pioneer resident of Sanpete County, died at the family home this morning, after a long illness from heart trouble and other ailments.

Mrs. EILERTSEN was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, June 04, 1855, and came to Utah with her parents, Ole and Wilhelmina ANDERSEN, in 1873, after all had embraced the L.D.S. faith in their native land. She was married in Mona, February 18, 1874, to H. P. EILERTSEN, and the family resided in Spring City and Mammoth until 1904, when they came to Mount Pleasant.

Mrs. EILERTSEN is survived by her husband and four daughters: Mrs. Isaac KAY and Mrs. Hyrum KAY, of Mona; Mrs. Harry SPENCER of San Francisco and Mrs. Oree HANSEN of Mount Pleasant.

Funeral arrangements are pending the arrival of relatives.
