Major General, born in Luganskaya stanitsa OVD, Russian Empire. Pilot. Took part in the First World War. Awarded St George Cross and Order of St Vladimir. Deputy Air Force Commander in Wranghel's White Army. After the revolution he moved to Bulgaria, then Serbia, later France. Moved to England in 1940.
