It is with great sadness that the family of Andy Zotek announces his passing on December 22, 2009. He will be remembered and extremely missed by his wife of 61 years, Jean; son, and granddaughter, surviving sister; as well as many loving family and friends. Predeceased by father, Jacob; mother, Nastasia; brothers, Bill, Metro, Alex and Steve; sisters, Mary, Sandra and Lena.
Prayers Monday, December 28, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. and Funeral Rite Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. with both services being held at St. Michael's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 12104 - 129 Avenue, Edmonton, AB with interment in St. Michael's Cemetery.
