Anne Marilyn Ballew, 64-year-old resident of Doniphan, died Friday, June 15, 2007 at her residence in Doniphan, MO. Mrs. Ballew was born June 12, 1943 in Amsterdam, New York. She attended school in Amsterdam and moved to Doniphan in 1991. She was a merchandise clerk. Mrs. Ballew enjoyed gardening, bingo, and being with family and friends. She was of the Lutheran faith. On March 23, 2005 in Lone Oak, AR , she was married to Howard T. Ballew, Jr. who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Deborah (Alexander) Roginski of Amsterdam, N.Y.; one son, Daniel Gatto, Jr. of Amsterdam, N.Y.; 2 grandchildren, Chantal Gatto and Chelsey Redmond of Amsterdam, N.Y.; three step-grandchildren, Matthew Ballew of Sikeston; Bryan Childers of Doniphan; Haley Bishop of Poplar Bluff; and one step-great-grandchild, Madison Ballew of Sikeston; also surviving are a very special father-in-law, Howard T. Ballew, Sr. of Doniphan; and a very special brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Glenda Lawson of Cabot, AR.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Ballew will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 18, 2007 at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Amity Cemetery. Visitation will Sunday evening from 5-8 P.M.
