May 26, 1998 Pittsfield Berkshire County Massachusetts, USA
Her obituary indicates that she was to be buried in Lee's Fairmount Cemetery. It is possible that this gravestone is merely a cenotaph, and a separate memorial has been made for her in Fairmount Cemetery.
